How do I qualify as a curator?
To qualify as a curator so that you can receive and review songs you need a Spotify account with at least 400 real followers. They do not accept accounts that:
- Bought fake followers/bots via a online marketplace or service
- Gained followers trough follow gates or other online services
- Accounts that are buying playlists or Spotify accounts
- Are from people living in the Philippines (bad trip talaga, dahil sa isang pinoy din, selfisth dahil gusto niya siya lang ang magrereview ng mga kanta at kumita. You can search at google on how to access their website here in the Philippines. So Good Luck!)
- Your followers must be authentic, accumulated over time by real people on the Spotify platform.
They will remove account immediately if they notice that the followers are fake or bought.
The reward/fee you get per review is based on your total score which is a combination of your reputation/base score + the playlist score.
Base scoreYour base score is affected by different factors, for example: - Helping indie artist getting discovered - How long you have been on the platform.
Playlist score
The playlist score is the average amount of monthly listeners your playlists generates multiplied by 10. So for example, if your playlist generates 123 monthly listeners, the score for that playlist would be 1230.
The score is calculated for each review depending on which of your playlists the artists is targeting.
